  • Returns must be initiated within (07) days of receiving your order.

  • After receiving authorization, securely package your item and ship it back to the provided address.

3. Condition of Returned Items:

  • Items must be in their original condition and packaging, including all tags, labels, and accessories.
  • Ensure to include a copy of the packing slip or order confirmation with your return.

4. Damaged Items:

  • If you receive a damaged item, please contact us immediately.
  • Include pictures of the damaged item along with your communication.
  • Damaged items must be reported the within 01 Day of receiving your order.

 

Refunds

1. Processing Time:

  • Refunds will be processed within 03 – 05 business days of receiving the returned item.

2. Method of Refund:

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used during the purchase.

3. Non-Refundable Items:

  • Perishable items, including food and pet food items, are not eligible for return or refund for hygiene and safety reasons.

4. Shipping Costs:

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to an error on our part.

Exclusions

Items falling under the following categories are not eligible for return or refund:

  • Perishable items, including food and pet food items, for hygiene and safety reasons.
  • Items not in their original condition, damaged, or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
